一、氧化鋯氧量分析儀全套裝置連接(jie)校驗技(ji)巧(qiao)

1、接線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian): 氧化(hua)鋯探(tan)頭及儀表安(an)裝好后,要根據(ju)探(tan)頭接線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)盒里及儀表接線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)柱所(suo)示的(de)接線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)符號逐一(yi)將加熱線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),熱電(dian)偶線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),鋯管線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接好(儀表的(de)4-20mA模擬信號輸出線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),在調試(shi)時為防(fang)損壞輸出元件,請暫時不要與計算機連接,調試(shi)時可(ke)串(chuan)個(ge)萬用(yong)(yong)表的(de)電(dian)流擋用(yong)(yong)一(yi)下(xia),待調試(shi)完以后再計算機連上),熱電(dian)偶線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),鋯管線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)有正(zheng)負號,萬萬不能接錯;

2、氧化鋯氧量分析(xi)儀全套裝置實(shi)際(ji)工作可為三個片面組(zu)成(cheng):

①溫(wen)(wen)控片(pian)(pian)面(mian),由探頭的(de)(de)(de)加熱(re)(re)爐(lu),儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)控電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)組成,80V的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)爐(lu)線(xian),熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)偶線(xian)接(jie)好后,如(ru)果(guo)這一(yi)片(pian)(pian)面(mian)工作(zuo)正(zheng)(zheng)常且接(jie)線(xian)正(zheng)(zheng)確,顯示器顯示溫(wen)(wen)度值(zhi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)該不斷升(sheng)高(gao),到控溫(wen)(wen)點后即顯示氧量值(zhi);如(ru)沒(mei)有溫(wen)(wen)度顯示,用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)量一(yi)下(xia)儀表(biao)后部(bu)接(jie)線(xian)端子一(yi)腳(jiao)與四(si)腳(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)補償電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)cu50有沒(mei)有裝,如(ru)沒(mei)有或開(kai)路(lu)(lu)要(yao)把它(ta)裝上;再脫(tuo)開(kai)80V加熱(re)(re)線(xian),用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)Ω檔(dang)搜檢(jian)一(yi)下(xia)電(dian)(dian)爐(lu)絲的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)為62Ω左右(you),然后量一(yi)下(xia)80V電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),空載時應(ying)(ying)(ying)高(gao)于80V值(zhi);再量一(yi)下(xia)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)偶絲應(ying)(ying)(ying)為2Ω左右(you),如(ru)全(quan)部(bu)正(zheng)(zheng)常,則重點搜檢(jian)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)偶正(zheng)(zheng)負線(xian)可能(neng)接(jie)反了(le),調正(zheng)(zheng)好了(le)溫(wen)(wen)度值(zhi)即可正(zheng)(zheng)常升(sheng)高(gao)。

②氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量顯(xian)示片(pian)面:主要由探頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)核(he)心部(bu)件氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)鋯(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(又(you)稱氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)鋯(gao)(gao)電(dian)池)組(zu)成(cheng);溫(wen)度(du)到達控溫(wen)點后(hou)如不顯(xian)示氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量值,則(ze)重(zhong)點搜(sou)(sou)檢(jian)鋯(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)輸(shu)出線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正負有(you)沒有(you)接(jie)反,氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)鋯(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋯(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在運輸(shu)途中有(you)沒有(you)損壞(huai). 搜(sou)(sou)檢(jian)鋯(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)線(xian),好(hao),壞(huai),靈(ling)敏度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)巧(qiao)為:有(you)標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)用(yong)標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)直(zhi)接(jie)接(jie)入看讀數是否正常;沒有(you)標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)在探頭(tou)接(jie)線(xian)盒上(shang)將標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)絲(si)擰開,用(yong)一(yi)根(gen)塑料管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)插到標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上(shang),用(yong)嘴往里(li)吹氣(qi)(qi),儀表的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量顯(xian)示值往上(shang)走,則(ze)鋯(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正負接(jie)線(xian)接(jie)反了, 儀表的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量顯(xian)示值往下走,則(ze)鋯(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de),靈(ling)敏度(du)也可(ke)(ke)以;如儀表的(de)(de)(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)量顯(xian)示值沒有(you)變化(hua),那鋯(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)基本已(yi)損壞(huai)需更換新的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋯(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),特(te)別留意,不管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)用(yong)那種技(ji)巧(qiao),搜(sou)(sou)檢(jian)完(wan)后(hou)標(biao)氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)絲(si)一(yi)定要擰上(shang)并擰緊。

③氧量模擬信號輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)片(pian)面:主要(yao)是(shi)將(jiang)儀(yi)表顯示的(de)氧量值(zhi)轉(zhuan)換成4-20mA模擬信號供DCS系(xi)統使用,這一(yi)片(pian)面由于在開始調(diao)試時信號不(bu)穩或錯將(jiang)DCS系(xi)統采用的(de)二線(xian)制接(jie)法(fa)接(jie)到(dao)儀(yi)表4-20mA的(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端上(shang),很容易將(jiang)儀(yi)表的(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)三極(ji)管燒毀,正(zheng)確的(de)技(ji)巧是(shi),裝(zhuang)備(bei)在調(diao)試時,先不(bu)要(yao)將(jiang)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)與DCS系(xi)統連上(shang),可以在中(zhong)間(jian)串個電流(liu)表搜(sou)檢一(yi)下輸(shu)(shu)出(chu),待正(zheng)常運行(xing)以后確定DCS系(xi)統的(de)輸(shu)(shu)進口上(shang)沒有(you)任何電壓后才可以將(jiang)氧量儀(yi)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)信號與DCS系(xi)統連接(jie)上(shang),此點需要(yao)特別留意,如果不(bu)留意將(jiang)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)損壞了,則屬(shu)于人(ren)為損壞,按常規則應承擔義務(wu).

二(er)、關(guan)于氧(yang)化鋯(gao)氧(yang)量分析儀本底電勢的檢測及設定修正值技巧(qiao)

1、不(bu)用標氣(qi)的(de)校驗技(ji)巧(qiao)為(wei)(wei):將(jiang)氧(yang)(yang)化鋯(gao)檢測器置于大(da)氣(qi)中,與(yu)儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表的(de)連(lian)線都接好,給儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表通電(dian)(氧(yang)(yang)化鋯(gao)檢測器同時(shi)也加(jia)熱(re)工(gong)作),待儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)穩(wen)(wen)定的(de)氧(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后(氧(yang)(yang)化鋯(gao)檢測器大(da)約需(xu)要通電(dian)1-2小時(shi)左(zuo)右(you)后,氧(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)讀數才能(neng)穩(wen)(wen)定),然后將(jiang)儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)的(de)氧(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)大(da)氣(qi)作相對(大(da)氣(qi)的(de)含氧(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)標準值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)應(ying)為(wei)(wei)20%-20.6%左(zuo)右(you)),儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)的(de)實(shi)際氧(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)高于大(da)氣(qi)標準值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),凌駕片面的(de)數值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)就叫本底電(dian)勢值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi);這個值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)必須在儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表上進行修正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng),修正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)辦(ban)法(fa)是:儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表在工(gong)作狀況(kuang)下連(lian)續(xu)按設置鍵(jian),顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)“SC”(本底修正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)符號),將(jiang)本底電(dian)勢值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)輸入儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表,然后按工(gong)作鍵(jian),儀(yi)(yi)(yi)表應(ying)顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)大(da)氣(qi)氧(yang)(yang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)(wei)20%-20.6%,如不(bu)顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)20%-20.6%,則(ze)需(xu)反復(fu)修改“SC”直到顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)20%-20.6%為(wei)(wei)止。

2、標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)校驗;先按(an)上(shang)面的技巧將(jiang)示值(zhi)(zhi)修正到20%-20.6%,然(ran)后將(jiang)標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)接到探頭的標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)進口(kou)處(chu),翻(fan)開標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(流量控制(zhi)在100毫升以(yi)內),示值(zhi)(zhi)應符合精度(du)要求. 我廠生產的氧(yang)化鋯氧(yang)量分析儀(yi)為(wei)(wei)智能型線性儀(yi)表,其電(dian)勢變化值(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)示值(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)(wei)表格式(shi)逐(zhu)一對(dui)應,出廠前都已用(yong)標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)嚴格標定,按(an)裝時用(yong)戶無(wu)須再行重新標定,如(ru)需標定,為(wei)(wei)了確保標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的精度(du),請(qing)從(cong)我廠購買全套(tao)氧(yang)化鋯標準的標氣(qi)(qi)(qi)校驗裝置.

3、溫(wen)控值(zhi)的設(she)(she)定(ding):儀表在(zai)(zai)工作狀況下(xia)連續按(an)設(she)(she)置(zhi)鍵,顯示(shi)“cc” 溫(wen)控設(she)(she)定(ding)符號,溫(wen)控值(zhi)可以(yi)任(ren)意設(she)(she)定(ding),為了延長探頭的使用壽命(ming),溫(wen)控值(zhi)萬(wan)萬(wan)不能大于750℃,出廠時都設(she)(she)定(ding)在(zai)(zai)700度.即探頭加熱到700度后即顯示(shi)氧量值(zhi),溫(wen)控值(zhi)請不要(yao)隨(sui)意改(gai)變.△鍵在(zai)(zai)設(she)(she)置(zhi)狀況時為+鍵;在(zai)(zai)工作狀況時為當前溫(wen)度值(zhi)與(yu)當前氧量值(zhi)的切換鍵

氧化(hua)鋯(gao)探頭空(kong)氣(qi)對流的(de)方式只是簡單(dan)比對電勢準(zhun)(zhun)確度的(de)一種方法(fa)。具體(ti)的(de)修正(zheng)一般通過(guo)標準(zhun)(zhun)氣(qi)體(ti)標定(ding)進行,方法(fa)是將計(ji)量核定(ding)確認的(de)標準(zhun)(zhun)氣(qi)體(ti)通過(guo)標氣(qi)口(kou)通入探頭,測量此時輸出氧電勢及儀表(biao)顯示氧濃度,儀表(biao)顯示氧濃度應該與標準(zhun)(zhun)氣(qi)體(ti)濃度相同,存在(zai)偏差則修正(zheng)儀表(biao)線性(xing)參(can)數;標準(zhun)(zhun)計(ji)量要求*少使用(yong)三種不同標準(zhun)(zhun)氣(qi)體(ti)標定(ding)系(xi)統,這樣經過(guo)三次標定(ding)重復修正(zheng)好系(xi)統線性(xing),保證系(xi)統正(zheng)常工(gong)作。

首先氧化鋯探頭應(ying)該通空氣,看本地(di)MV信(xin)號是不是在0MV左(zuo)右,越(yue)靠0MV越(yue)準(zhun),待(dai)穩定后(hou),將濃度校準(zhun)到空氣濃度

其(qi)次氧化(hua)鋯探(tan)頭通標準(zhun)(zhun)氣,一般是(shi)5%或者1%,看濃度(du)是(shi)否為標準(zhun)(zhun)值濃度(du),校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)到標準(zhun)(zhun)值。
